Amanda Bowyer – Founder | Executive Director

Amanda Bowyer is the Managing Director of Excelzia. Amanda was born and raised in Jakarta and holds a double degree in Business – Bachelor’s Degree in international business from the Auston Institute of Technology and Management Singapore, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Western Sydney. Amanda has also completed company sponsored management courses in the USA and holds Certificates in Event Management and Social Media Marketing from the University of Sydney.

Amanda has worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive with a major international hotel group in Indonesia and has worked as a Regional Marketing Manager in a global telecommunications industry in Indonesia and as Sales Account Manager for a major publishing company in Australia. Amanda has extensive experience in Marketing, Sales and Workplace Training in a variety of industries and across several countries including Indonesia, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia.

Driven by her passion in education, marketing and event management, topped with skills, experience and a strong network in the region, Amanda founded Excelzia in 2015 and to date has successfully secured partnerships from top NSW Universities including UTS, UNSW, and SAE.  Partnerships have also been established with NSW DET International, Austrade Education – Future Unlimited, the NSW Department of Education, and the NSW Trade and Investment department through the export market development grant scheme for education service innovation.

Alim, currently a marketing professional for a global FMCG company based in Sydney, has had extensive exposure of cultures, communities and markets across Southeast Asia and Australia. An experienced B2B Marketeer with a demonstrated history in the Asia Pacific region and highly skilled in Strategic Brand & Product Marketing, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and strong roots in Consumer & Customer Insight.

Though he spent a couple of his childhood years in the US and has been working and living in Singapore and Australia in the last decade, he still maintains strong roots in Indonesia where he was born and raised.

His passion for people and their development has shaped his career to be as multi-faceted as his skill sets, which include understanding of people’s needs, building relationships, creative thinking, project management, coaching and training. These make him a valuable partner for Excelzia.

Alexandre Kandou – Country Representative for Indonesia | Business Development

Alex holds a bachelor’s Degree in engineering and a master’s Degree in business administration from Louisiana State University and South-eastern Louisiana University, USA, respectively. Alex has also received several certificates in Business Management and corporate training on how to explore customers’ needs.

Having worked with one of the world’s leading Facility Services Companies in the past years, Alex gained an extensive experience in Sales and Business Development. He successfully formed great customer relationships and strong network with many top companies across various industries as well as initiate new business within each customer and outside opportunities.

Anticipating the changing needs of clients and customer, have always been his top priorities. His passion in service and proven business acumen makes him an entrepreneur and a lead business development manager.
